Description

  • Support recurring and ad hoc reporting on pipeline, bookings, forecasting, productivity, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain and validate sales data in CRM and related systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Assist with sales process administration, including territory alignment, account assignment, quota tracking, and pipeline management.
  • Partner cross-functionally on operational workflows, system updates, and process documentation.
  • Analyze sales data trends and provide insights to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Prepare dashboards, presentations, and performance summaries for leadership review.
  • Support system enhancements, testing, and user acceptance activities for sales tools and reporting platforms.
  • Document standard operating procedures and help ensure adherence to defined processes and controls.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support business needs.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a related role.
  • Progressive experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business analytics, finance, or a related analytical role.
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly.
  • Proficiency in Excel or comparable data analysis tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business model is preferred.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is preferred.
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting methodologies and pipeline analytics is preferred.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-region sales organizations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of sales compensation processes or territory planning is preferred.
