Description

  • Define and execute sales plans for an assigned territory.
  • Convey the value proposition and product differentiators to prospects and customers.
  • Forecast sales performance and meet or exceed quota.
  • Develop and manage the lead funnel using inbound and outbound opportunities.
  • Manage business opportunities and track progress in CRM and supporting tools.
  • Collaborate across product, support, and sales engineering to improve the sales cycle.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and competing offerings.
  • Build relationships with key decision makers to evangelize secure and reliable software.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience.
  • Fluent German speaker.
  • Experience with compute platforms such as Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, DevOps tooling, CI/CD platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, or Jenkins, and the overall SDLC.
  • Proven track record of consistently overachieving sales targets.
  • Ability to learn new products and processes quickly.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Competitive, driven, entrepreneurial, and resourceful mindset with a strong work ethic.
  • Team-player attitude and willingness to travel to clients when required.
  • Preferred experience in SaaS or developer tools sales.
  • Preferred startup experience and ability to thrive in an agile, evolving environment.
