Description

  • Define and execute sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota.
  • Prospect, qualify, manage, and close sales opportunities across new and existing accounts.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of strategic transactions through the full sales process.
  • Identify and close net-new opportunities across a mix of mid-enterprise accounts.
  • Present Rubrik solutions in complex data center design environments.
  • Co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors, VARs, and channel partners to accelerate growth.
  • Work closely with Sales Engineers, Sales Development, and Channel Development to drive daily pipeline generation.
  • Provide management with market feedback, including local opportunities and potential channel partnerships.

Requirements

  • 5 years of technology sales experience, ideally selling IT infrastructure or SaaS security.
  • Proven track record of landing net-new logos.
  • Strong performance selling to many accounts across multiple verticals.
  • Experience working with channel partners.
  • Consistent overachievement of sales goals.
  • Highly driven, goal-oriented, self-starter attitude.
  • Experience selling complex solutions.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $138,150 to $174,700 USD.
  • Eligibility for commissions under the company’s Incentive Compensation Plan.
  • Eligibility for equity.
