Description

  • Own day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce CRM.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, including objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and automation.
  • Build and test enhancements in sandbox environments and manage releases to production.
  • Design and improve GTM workflows such as lead routing, pipeline stages, forecasting logic, and approvals.
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and system scalability as the business grows.
  • Partner with RevOps, Sales, and Marketing to improve system usability and adoption.
  • Identify gaps in current GTM systems and proactively implement improvements.
  • Support tooling and system integrations across the GTM tech stack.
  • Partner with stakeholders to standardize and scale processes across Sales and Revenue teams.
  • Partner with Finance and GTM leadership to deliver insights that inform decision-making.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems roles.
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce Admin experience focused on configuration, not just reporting.
  • Proven ability to build in Salesforce environments from sandbox to production.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including objects, fields, flows, permissions, and automation.
  • Experience managing releases using change sets or other deployment tools; CI/CD tools are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience building dashboards and working with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of GTM metrics such as pipeline, conversion, ARR, and forecasting.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and leadership.
  • Actively using AI tools to enhance productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and solve problems more efficiently.
