Description

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective business clients across multiple industries.
  • Execute targeted cold email outreach campaigns to complement phone outreach efforts.
  • Follow up promptly on email responses to nurture leads and secure confirmed appointments.
  • Use Apollo CRM to manage outreach activities, lead records, call outcomes, and follow-up schedules.
  • Reach out to decision-makers such as Safety Managers, HR Managers, and Risk Managers in labor-intensive sectors.
  • Qualify leads by assessing interest, urgency, and fit before scheduling meetings for senior sales representatives.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records and report personal performance metrics to supervisors.
  • Collaborate with sales executives and team leaders to ensure smooth lead handoffs and share prospect insights.
  • Participate in training, performance reviews, and feedback discussions to improve outreach effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills; minimal accent preferred.
  • Prior experience in business development, appointment setting, or outbound sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and handling rejection professionally.
  • Experience using Apollo or similar CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable.
  • Must have relevant and verifiable work experience.
  • Availability for video meetings with camera on during working hours.
  • Must have no other clients during the required working hours.
  • Ability to provide NBI Clearance or Local Police Clearance if requested.
  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer is required.
  • High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 15 Mbps is required.
  • Noise-canceling headset and webcam are required.
  • Must have a quiet, professional workspace.
