Description

  • Build hyper-targeted prospect lists of 100+ qualified leads each week by researching the web and databases.
  • Craft and send personalized cold email outreach using tools such as Hunter.io or Apollo.
  • Set up and manage affiliate programs, including recruiting partners, negotiating deals, and tracking commissions.
  • Optimize affiliate performance and ROI using simple dashboards and partner-revenue tracking.
  • Qualify leads in HubSpot or a similar CRM and nurture them through automated sequences.
  • Analyze campaign performance weekly, including reply rates, conversion funnels, and cost per lead, to improve results.
  • Develop outbound strategies across email, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms to generate leads and partnerships.
  • Support campaign experimentation and continuously refine tactics to meet aggressive targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or outreach.
  • Strong experience with email deliverability, A/B testing, and avoiding spam filters.
  • Proven ability to build pipelines from scratch on LinkedIn using advanced search and messaging.
  • Hands-on experience recruiting affiliates and running affiliate programs that drive partner-led revenue.
  • Ability to research companies using sources such as company websites, Crunchbase, or forums to personalize outreach at scale.
  • Experience with Apollo, Hunter, Lemlist, HubSpot, and Google Sheets or Excel for reporting.
  • Comfort with basic automations such as Zapier.
  • Startup mindset with a self-starter approach, fast experimentation, ownership of outcomes, and concise communication.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills, with excellent verbal and written English.
  • Tech-savvy with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work US hours on a graveyard shift.
  • Experience in SaaS or tech startups targeting SMBs or enterprises is preferred.
  • Basic copywriting ability for emails that stand out is preferred.
  • Remote work discipline is preferred.
