Description

  • Own all partnerships and contracts within the assigned market across all genres.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to secure best-in-market offers, access, inventory, and commission agreements.
  • Identify and secure new brands, suppliers, and partnership opportunities.
  • Negotiate preferential rates, exclusive access, events, and value-added benefits.
  • Drive revenue growth through commission models, campaigns, and improved engagement.
  • Monitor redemption rates, performance data, demand trends, and analytics to refine strategy.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners, internal stakeholders, and clients.
  • Work with Lifestyle Managers, Content & Marketing, Client Services, and Regional Business Development teams to maximize partnership value.
  • Maintain accurate partner information in internal systems such as the Knowledge Base, CRM, and Copilot.
  • Monitor supplier performance, improve processes, and share best practices across regions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in partnership management, procurement, or business development within lifestyle industries such as dining, live entertainment, retail, luxury, or hospitality.
  • Strong contract negotiation and supplier management experience.
  • Track record of securing partnerships, offers, or managing sales/negotiation teams.
  • Experience in customer-centric industries with a focus on service excellence.
  • Experience in account management with senior stakeholders.
  • Project management experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder global initiatives.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into strategy.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
  • Experience using marketing tools and social media to promote partnerships and campaigns.
