Description

  • Enable technical sellers to position, sell, and win with Veeam.
  • Deliver Veeam product and technical certification training to partners.
  • Identify and educate partners on sales plays that support key business initiatives and grow pipeline.
  • Drive awareness of Veeam products and their differentiators.
  • Build relationships with partner technical leaders and influencers to expand mindshare within accounts.
  • Foster relationships between partners and Veeam teams across the company.
  • Assist sales personnel in executing partner account strategies to maximize Veeam revenue.
  • Provide pre-sales support and subject matter expertise for meetings, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Use available resources effectively to meet and exceed area sales objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Previous pre-sales experience or demonstrated sales acumen is preferred.
  • Extensive experience with cyber resilience and virtualization technologies, including VMware VCP and Microsoft MCITP or equivalent.
  • Experience designing, building, or selling Veeam solutions.
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities.
  • Ability to travel 60%.
  • High-energy, motivated, self-starter who can learn new technologies quickly.
  • Breadth of experience across storage, networking, servers, and applications, with depth in VMware virtual technologies and Microsoft Windows Server / Hyper-V.
  • Hands-on experience with Veeam or competitive solutions is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of data protection and disaster recovery technologies is desirable.
  • Experience and understanding of channel sales and enablement is desirable.
  • Experience with databases and management platforms such as Microsoft System Center is desirable.
  • Experience with public cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
  • Experience with scripting, orchestration, and workflow tools is desirable.

Benefits

  • On-target earnings (OTE) salary range of $150,000 to $214,300 USD, inclusive of base and variable pay.
