Description

  • Develop and execute territory partner plans with support from ecosystem teams.
  • Originate and drive partner sales alongside field sales and partner account teams.
  • Guide sales leadership on priority industry partners and support executive alignment.
  • Activate industry and partner account teams with support from ecosystem and partner teams.
  • Identify and drive strategic offerings and campaigns to generate regional pipeline.
  • Capture joint success stories and support marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Drive demand generation, GTM activation, and conversion of proofs into long-term customers.
  • Measure and deliver against partner-driven ACV, partner-driven new logos, and territory ARR expansion.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of equivalent experience in consulting or as a Partner Manager, GTM Manager, or AE within the SaaS industry.
  • Sales and ecosystem delivery experience within the U.S. Public Sector, specifically Federal.
  • Experience working with consulting and technology partnerships and understanding their business and value propositions.
  • Commercial sales experience driving go-to-market efforts with partners.
  • Strong ability to build and navigate long-term relationships with customers and partners.
  • Project management experience with the ability to organize and manage multiple workstreams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate Celonis use cases into consulting offerings and enable partners on Celonis.
  • Ability to demo Celonis core use cases.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work as a team player in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments.
  • Willingness to travel to meet with partner stakeholders.
  • Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.
