Description

  • Identify and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and other outreach channels.
  • Engage with accounting firms, finance professionals, and businesses in the UK and US markets to uncover new opportunities.
  • Schedule discovery meetings and sales appointments for senior business development and sales teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, introductory emails, and other sales materials tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute lead generation campaigns and improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Research target organizations, industry trends, key decision-makers, and competitor activity to support business development strategy.
  • Understand client challenges and communicate suitable service offerings aligned with their requirements.
  • Consistently achieve lead generation and business development targets while maintaining high-quality client engagement.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or International Sales.
  • Experience with the UK or US accounting industry, accounting outsourcing, KPO, bookkeeping, taxation, or related financial services is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage international clients confidently.
  • Proven experience in LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, cold calling, and lead generation activities.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management.
  • Basic understanding of accounting concepts, bookkeeping, taxation, or financial terminology is an added advantage.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify business opportunities and target decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.

Benefits

  • Salary range of Rs 300000 - Rs 540000 per year (INR 3–5.4 LPA).
