Description

  • Conduct strategic research on Fortune 500 and Global 2000 accounts to identify business drivers, technical environments, and opportunities within the ideal customer profile.
  • Map complex organizations and identify key stakeholders, including SOC Analysts and CISOs, to build and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Engage senior decision-makers in consultative, value-led conversations about network detection and response and data-driven security.
  • Reach executive prospects through personalized email, social selling, and outbound calling.
  • Qualify inbound MQLs and convert them into strategic meetings using the Pain-Power-Fit-Timeline methodology.
  • Partner with Field Account Executives and Marketing to build high-value pipeline and support seamless handoff of opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time records in Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Collaborate with the Enablement team during onboarding and continue developing mastery of cybersecurity sales.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of SDR or Inside Sales experience in IT infrastructure solutions or cybersecurity companies preferred.
  • Experience with large-account prospecting, ideally across Fortune 1000 accounts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and professional persistence.
  • Experience with sales productivity tools such as Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
  • Four-year degree from an accredited university, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Basic sales methodology training is acceptable for a strong early-career candidate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Consultative approach with the confidence to speak credibly with technical leaders and executives.
