Description

  • Manage overall account profitability and ensure growth across assigned global accounts.
  • Develop and execute mid- and long-term account strategies aligned with Viseven’s marketing strategy.
  • Coordinate relationships with clients across regions through alignment with Regional Account Directors.
  • Own HQ contracting and support the onboarding of new Regional Account Directors.
  • Plan and execute annual and quarterly account budgets.
  • Identify, develop, and expand opportunities within accounts, including new divisions and clusters.
  • Lead customer meetings, present Viseven solutions, and gather and analyze high-level requirements.
  • Design scalable onboarding processes and communicate with decision-makers and stakeholders on the client side.
  • Create and implement workflow and process improvements to strengthen operational performance.
  • Lead internal change initiatives, support hiring and team development, and oversee internal operational activities.
  • Support the service team in maintaining customer satisfaction and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
  • Interface with corporate functions such as Finance & Accounting, Legal, and Human Resources, as well as internal departments.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are followed when the service team prepares work orders.

Requirements

  • Pharma marketing background is a benefit.
  • Proven management experience.
  • Accountability for achieving business goals such as account growth, profit, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to sell major opportunities within accounts.
  • Experience building solid and defensible account plans.
  • Ability to negotiate effective agreements.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and progress reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • B2B experience.
  • Experience with Jira, Creatio, and Office 365.
  • Knowledge of pharma client ecosystem tools such as CRM/CLM platforms (Veeva, IQVIA, SFDC, Platforce, OCE, Oracle), marketing automation tools (SFMC, AEM, Marketo, Active Campaign), DAM systems, and BI systems like Power BI.
  • Good understanding of design creation tools.
  • Advanced/fluent English.
  • A second foreign language is an advantage.
  • Master’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
