Description

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of key client accounts across retail, leisure, and tech-adjacent industries.
  • Launch, serve, and optimize client campaigns to maximize ROI and campaign success.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive retention, expansion, and revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client service.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and turn insights into optimization recommendations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing guidance, industry insights, and best practices.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to anticipate client needs.
  • Mentor and support junior account management team members.
  • Use AI tools to identify performance drivers and issues such as ROAS trends, creative fatigue, and pacing, then translate them into optimization actions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management in digital advertising or performance marketing.
  • 1+ years of management experience leading a sales or account management team.
  • Proven track record of forecasting and achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Strong understanding of digital media and advertising, including CTV advertising.
  • Experience with digital media platforms, MMPs, or related supporting tools, ideally with major agencies.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex client relationships.
  • Comfortable proactively calling customers and agencies to discuss digital media.
  • Strategic thinker with experience developing and executing account plans.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level clients or agencies, managing complex accounts and large budgets, preferred.
  • Certifications or training in digital advertising platforms or performance marketing, preferred.
  • Comfortable using AI to accelerate analysis, forecasting, and client reporting while validating outputs against source-of-truth campaign and MMP data.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $91,963 to $189,336 USD for US-based applicants.
  • Eligible for equity compensation.
  • Eligible for incentive compensation.
