Description

  • Manage assigned client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for client-agency relationships.
  • Plan, brief, monitor, and execute marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, pop-ups, and automated flows.
  • Lead and coordinate Copywriters, Designers, and Account Manager Associates to deliver campaigns on time and to standard.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that support client revenue goals and improve campaign performance.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients through meetings, updates, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on campaign data, including revenue, A/B test results, and optimization actions.
  • Work with internal teams and the Service Department to meet KPIs, maintain work standards, and respond to client requests.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell services and expand client offerings through data analysis and relationship building.
  • Troubleshoot client satisfaction and campaign performance issues and help prevent client churn.
  • Participate in account management group calls, training sessions, and cross-functional collaboration as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • At least 6 months of experience in email marketing.
  • Experience leading a team of creatives or marketing professionals to deliver client work.
  • Strong leadership, managerial, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, stay accountable, meet deadlines, and respond quickly to urgent requests.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Growth- and results-driven mindset with the ability to accept and implement constructive criticism.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills; fluency in English is required.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, Klaviyo, and Google Workspace Suite.
  • Remote work experience, agency experience, account management experience, or e-commerce experience is a plus.
  • Must be available during office hours Monday to Friday, 3-6 PM BCN time.
  • Must be able to work 30-35 hours per week, or about 140 hours per month.
  • Must have a stable internet connection, a laptop or PC, and the ability to attend video conferences.
  • Experience with email marketing or Klaviyo is highly preferred.

  • Full-time contractor role with a fixed monthly salary paid in USD.
  • First two months are a full-rate trial and adaptation period.
  • Regular performance reviews every 9-12 months, with the first review after 3-6 months.
  • Role and workload re-evaluation after 6-12 months.
