Description

  • Manage a B2B customer portfolio strategically and operationally.
  • Build trusted relationships with key accounts and identify opportunities to develop partnerships.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for B2B customers and ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Support the long-term retention and renewal of existing business relationships.
  • Drive account expansion through upselling and cross-selling in the Mid-Market segment.
  • Lead JobAuto account growth through onboarding, rollout, and long-term employee activation.
  • Use data-driven analysis to manage account performance and secure successful renewals.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and help establish or refine internal processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and Finance teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support, customer consulting, sales, customer success, or (key) account management.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and networking skills across different stakeholder levels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop solutions together with customers.
  • Structured working style and willingness to challenge existing processes.
  • Fluency in German and confident English skills.
  • Experience working with B2B customers is relevant, especially in account management or related commercial roles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Interest in and understanding of fleet, mobility, or subscription-based business models is an advantage.
