Description

  • Serve as the single point of contact for Client Success Managers, Project Managers, and other client and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute mid- and long-term account strategies aligned with Viseven's marketing strategy to drive upsell and revenue growth.
  • Manage overall account profitability, including annual and quarterly budget planning and execution.
  • Orchestrate relationships across regions by aligning Regional Account Directors and handling HQ contracting and onboarding of new Regional Account Directors.
  • Identify, sustain, and develop new opportunities within accounts, including expanding into new divisions and clusters.
  • Lead client meetings, present Viseven solutions, and collect and analyze high-level client requirements.
  • Design and implement a scalable onboarding process for strategic accounts and ensure communication with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Create and implement workflow and process improvements and drive internal change initiatives to maximize account growth.
  • Initiate hiring, training, and development of team members and provide supervision, direction, and leadership for internal operational activities.
  • Interface directly with corporate functions (Finance & Accounting, Legal, HR) and ensure policies and procedures are followed when constructing work orders.

Requirements

  • Pharma marketing background (benefit)
  • Proven management experience
  • Demonstrated accountability for achieving business goals (account growth, profit, satisfaction)
  • Proven ability to sell major opportunities within existing accounts
  • Experience building solid, defensible account plans
  • Negotiation experience to secure effective agreements
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting on progress
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Experience in B2B environments
  • Experience with Jira, Creatio, and Office 365
  • Knowledge of Pharma client ecosystems: CRM/CLM (Veeva, IQVIA, SFDC, Platforce, OCE, Oracle, etc.), marketing automation (SFMC, AEM, Marketo, Active Campaign, etc.), DAM systems, and BI systems (Power BI, etc.)
  • Good understanding of design creation tools
  • English — Advanced/Fluent (a second foreign language is an advantage)
  • Master's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field (advantage)
