Description

  • Generate new business opportunities in the assigned region through outbound prospecting, calls, email outreach, and other sales engagement methods.
  • Qualify inbound leads based on project scope, timeline, and client needs.
  • Schedule qualified meetings, walkthroughs, presentations, and discovery calls for the regional sales team.
  • Build and maintain prospect lists of brokers, developers, property owners, and related industry contacts.
  • Maintain consistent daily activity levels aligned with company performance expectations.
  • Track all activity, contacts, and opportunities in Salesforce CRM and related sales tools.
  • Keep prospect and pipeline data clean, organized, and up to company standards.
  • Represent the company professionally in early-stage outreach and communications.
  • Educate prospective clients on the company’s services and value proposition.
  • Provide regular updates on activity, meetings scheduled, and pipeline contribution to Sales Leadership.
  • Support regional initiatives, marketing campaigns, and sales programs as directed by the Senior Regional Sales Director.
  • Collaborate with Core Sales, Channel Sales, and Sales Leadership to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in business development, outbound sales, or a related client-facing role.
  • Proven success in a hunter-style sales or business development role focused on generating net new opportunities.
  • Experience working in a metrics-driven or quota-driven sales environment preferred.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting, lead qualification, or meeting setting strongly preferred.
  • Experience selling to real estate professionals, developers, or related industries is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting high-volume outreach.
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Apollo, Instantly, SmartLead, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently while collaborating with the regional sales team.
