Description

  • Set the venture’s strategy, including ICP refinement, pricing, and product positioning across the target logistics segments.
  • Lead customer development by running pilots with mid-sized to enterprise freight brokerages and converting them into paid engagements.
  • Build the go-to-market motion targeting Heads of Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Partner with the product and engineering team to ship the initial product and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Focus product execution on TMS and load board integrations, conversational AI quality, and autonomous workflow execution.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight’s network and early traction.
  • Recruit, lead, and retain the founding team.
  • Establish the company’s cultural foundation and operate as CEO within a co-creation model with FutureSight.
  • Work with embedded design, engineering, growth, and fundraising resources to move the venture from inception to launch.

Requirements

  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
  • Fundraising fluency and the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Direct exposure to logistics, supply chain, freight brokerage, transportation, or B2B enterprise software serving these industries.
  • Familiarity with AI agents and LLMs.
  • Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
  • Experience leading pilots or enterprise customer relationships is strongly implied.
  • Willingness to operate as a co-founder rather than a salaried executive.
  • Ability to move quickly for an early-stage venture opportunity.
