Description

  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations on key revenue growth metrics.
  • Analyze win/loss trends and recommend process, training, or talk-track improvements to increase win rates.
  • Maintain pipeline reporting and analytics aligned with sales strategy and initiatives.
  • Support Customer Success leaders with account health reporting and improvement recommendations.
  • Create Salesforce reports and dashboards for sales pipeline and customer success management.
  • Lead Salesforce enhancements in coordination with the Salesforce Administrator to improve usability, transparency, and tool optimization.
  • Maintain data integrity and cleanliness in Salesforce, including campaign data review and duplicate record cleanup.
  • Support business process optimization, development, maintenance, and sales system troubleshooting for assigned teams.
  • Represent Revenue Operations in commercial and cross-functional meetings, track follow-up items, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead special projects that improve commercial operations, cross-functional collaboration, and business efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with CRM technology, specifically Salesforce, to support commercial operations.
  • Strong reporting, analytical, and data skills.
  • Proven ability to build and analyze sales metrics, including pipeline management, to inform business decisions.
  • Track record of making proactive operational recommendations and aligning stakeholders to solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead effective meetings with business partners and drive results.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and build trusting, collaborative relationships with business partners.
  • Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills with a self-starter mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience mentoring or guiding team members is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data integrity practices is preferred.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, revenue operations technology, and commercial best practices is preferred.
