Description

  • Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date HubSpot data across deals, contacts, companies, and activities.
  • Audit, fix, and consolidate existing HubSpot workflows to improve reliability and performance.
  • Create and update HubSpot properties as commercial team needs change.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards used by sales, customer success, and leadership.
  • Triage and resolve day-to-day HubSpot tickets and requests from AEs, SDRs, CSMs, and leadership.
  • Connect and maintain data flows across HubSpot and surrounding GTM tools, including Gong, Apollo, Lemlist, Koncert, Lusha, SimilarWeb, Crossbeam, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Claude MCP automations.
  • Enforce change-control on workflows and automations to protect live experiments.
  • Replace manual, untracked outreach activities with properly tracked and automated processes.
  • Build and maintain target account and contact segments.
  • Run enrichment plays using paid data sources to keep account and contact data fresh.

Requirements

  • Hands-on familiarity with HubSpot, including properties, workflows, segments, reports, and debugging broken automations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible, with the ability to work both independently and under direction.
  • Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to distinguish urgent fixes from tasks that can wait.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, detail-oriented, and process-minded abilities.
  • A can-do, agile attitude suited to a startup environment.
  • Initiative and willingness to learn core technology tools.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Passion for keeping commercial systems clean and reliable.
  • 1-3 years of experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or AI, ideally in RevOps, GTM Engineering, Sales Ops, or CRM Admin roles (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with any of Gong, Apollo, Lemlist, Koncert, Lusha, SimilarWeb, Crossbeam, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred).
  • Exposure to Claude MCP or other AI-assisted workflow tooling (preferred).
  • Keen interest in AI and automation for productivity (preferred).
