Description

  • Place outbound calls to warm, pre-qualified prospects to book appointments for licensed sales agents.
  • Follow proven scripts and processes to secure qualified appointments.
  • Handle objections confidently during outbound conversations.
  • Log calls and prospect interactions accurately in the CRM.
  • Maintain a high conversion rate through consistent call performance.
  • Work scheduled calling hours within the company’s calling windows.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to support appointment flow from interested leads.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recent outbound appointment-setting experience is required.
  • Experience must be phone-based and may be field or virtual sales.
  • Must reside and work in the United States; international applicants will not be considered.
  • Ability to commit to at least 35 hours per week in a full-time role.
  • Reliable home office setup with a strong high-speed internet connection.
  • Laptop or high-speed computer required; Chromebooks are not accepted.
  • Headset required for calling.
  • Proven confidence handling objections and strong communication skills.
  • Experience with inbound calls or customer service alone is not sufficient.
  • Ability and willingness to make outbound calls consistently.
