Description

  • Identify and research target accounts in the HRTech and mid-market space.
  • Reach out to potential clients through email, LinkedIn, calls, and events to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects to support revenue growth targets.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and assess fit for Horizons’ EOR and payroll solutions.
  • Partner with Account Executives to hand off high-quality leads and support smooth pipeline progression.
  • Track market trends, customer pain points, and competitor activity.
  • Move opportunities forward and close deals when appropriate, gaining exposure to the full sales cycle.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or outbound prospecting.
  • HRTech, payroll, or EOR experience is a plus.
  • Proven success in outbound lead generation, booking meetings, and building pipeline.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach and engage decision-makers.
  • Highly organized, resilient, and goal-driven, with the ability to manage a large volume of outreach.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience with sales engagement tools such as Outreach or SalesLoft.
  • Ambitious self-starter who wants to grow into a closing AE role over time.
  • Fluency in English at C2 level or equivalent; Spanish is a plus.
