Description

Set the venture strategy by refining the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning.
Lead customer development by running pilots with independent RIAs and converting them into paid engagements.
Build the go-to-market motion for the product.
Partner with the product and engineering team to ship the first version of the product and iterate based on user feedback.
Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight’s network and traction.
Recruit, lead, and develop the founding team.
Establish the company’s cultural foundation and operating rhythm.
Own the overall direction and execution of the venture as co-founder and CEO.

Requirements

Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
Fundraising fluency, including the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Clear understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
Direct exposure to WealthTech.
Direct exposure to AI agents or LLMs.
Experience working in a co-founder partnership model (preferred).
