Description

  • Own the lead pipeline for CRO and build opportunities from first discovery through contract execution.
  • Conduct deep business and technical discovery to define client goals, challenges, and success metrics.
  • Develop scopes, estimates, proposals, and TCO analyses that balance commercial opportunity with technical feasibility.
  • Partner with the CEO to deliver pitches, presentations, and solution narratives that build client confidence.
  • Create sales enablement materials such as discovery briefs, actionable plans, and proposals.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding, accurate handoffs, and continuity through execution.
  • Lead technical discovery and recommend best-fit solutions for Shopify Plus replatforms, redesigns, and CRO initiatives.
  • Conduct CRO and UX audits and translate findings into actionable growth strategies.
  • Architect end-to-end eCommerce solutions across front-end, back-end, integrations, and partner technologies.
  • Build, manage, and activate partnerships across the Shopify Plus ecosystem, including co-selling and lead sharing.
  • Research, test, and evaluate emerging eCommerce technologies and translate insights into recommendations and pilot opportunities.
  • Support internal enablement efforts that improve service offerings, client experiences, and innovation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, eCommerce consulting, or technical pre-sales, ideally in an agency or Shopify Plus ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to scope and architect complex site builds, redesigns, and replatforms.
  • Experience integrating CRO, UX, and performance optimization strategies into solution design.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify Plus architecture and familiarity with BigCommerce, Magento, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Deep fluency in conversion strategy, data interpretation, and experience optimization.
  • Proven experience owning a sales pipeline end-to-end and improving deal velocity and close rate.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for both executive and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly collaborative across Sales, Delivery, and Partner teams.
  • Curious, entrepreneurial, and adaptable, with interest in Agentic Commerce and emerging eCommerce technologies.
  • Experience engaging with the eCommerce community through conferences, partner relationships, or thought leadership.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or Salesforce, plus tools for partner management, solution documentation, and reporting.
