Description

  • Build and maintain a tiered partner model with activation criteria for strategic consultants, implementation partners, technology integrators, and professional associations.
  • Develop standardized co-marketing frameworks, campaign toolkits, and campaigns-in-a-box that partners can use to generate demand with minimal friction.
  • Build the MDF program, including criteria, allocation logic, co-investment requirements, and opportunity-level ROI tracking.
  • Train and equip partner managers to have effective marketing conversations, position co-marketing opportunities, and hold partners accountable to activation milestones.
  • Develop and own the partner enablement program so partners can independently communicate the Actionstep mid-market narrative.
  • Create clean attribution and reporting for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline in partnership with Marketing Operations and the CRO team.
  • Define shared reporting definitions and establish a cadence for CMO, CAO, QBR, and board-level reporting.
  • Work closely with the Chief Alliances Officer and cross-functional teams to align partner marketing with channel strategy and sales follow-up.
  • Support partner pipeline generation, qualification, and conversion through marketing programs and enablement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B channel or partner marketing within SaaS.
  • Demonstrated experience building programs from early-stage or low-structure environments, not just scaling existing ones.
  • Proven ability to design and run co-marketing programs, MDF structures, and partner portals.
  • Direct accountability for pipeline output, not just program inputs.
  • Comfort operating in a PE-backed or high-growth environment with limited resources and strong leadership reporting expectations.
  • Experience in legal tech, professional services associations such as ALA, ILTA, ABA, state bars, or adjacent regulated verticals is desirable.
  • Multi-market experience, particularly across North America and APAC or EMEA, is desirable.
  • Ability to create structure where none exists and show measurable program output.
  • Strong command of attribution data and revenue reporting.
  • Ability to influence external partners and internal stakeholders without formal authority.
