Description

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients and support ongoing ecommerce initiatives.
  • Build trust with clients by understanding their business goals and helping communicate progress and impact.
  • Participate in and eventually lead regular client check-ins to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Coordinate with agency partners through monthly touch points and share learnings internally.
  • Assist in implementing ecommerce optimization campaigns and keep internal teams aligned on execution.
  • Track project timelines to help ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams on site changes, QA, and technical client communications.
  • Contribute insights and best practices to support team learning and knowledge sharing.
  • Learn and contribute to AGILE workflows, including backlog management and sprint planning.
  • Support client budget tracking, document client wins, and assist with case study development.
  • Research, recommend, and help implement apps based on client needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce, account management, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms; Shopify experience is preferred and WooCommerce or Magento is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and internal team interactions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Eagerness to learn, with a curious and coachable mindset.
  • Experience with digital merchandising or site content management is a bonus.
  • Background in digital marketing such as SEO, email, or paid media is a bonus.
  • Exposure to AGILE or project management tools such as Jira or Asana is a bonus.
  • Comfort translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences is a bonus.
