Description

  • Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact for clients and own onboarding and ongoing relationships.
  • Coordinate campaign launches across CPA, CPC, dedicated sends, and newsletter sponsorships.
  • Ensure campaign assets, targeting, and specifications are approved and on track before launch.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and delivery throughout the lifecycle and resolve performance or operational issues proactively.
  • Track performance against KPIs, analyze results, and prepare client-facing summaries with optimization recommendations.
  • Manage reconciliations, settlements, and invoicing for active accounts.
  • Support account growth through renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate across client service, campaign operations, and account management functions to deliver campaigns smoothly.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, campaign management, client services, or customer success.
  • Experience in email marketing, digital advertising, lead generation, or media operations.
  • Strong project-management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
  • Analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Hands-on experience with performance-based models like CPA and CPC strongly preferred.
  • Experience in financial marketing, investor acquisition, or capital-markets campaigns highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with email deliverability, audience targeting, and CRM/reporting platforms is a plus.
