Description

  • Direct and manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with internal stakeholders, partners, and customers.
  • Facilitate project kick-offs and establish governance, roles, timelines, risks, and communication cadence.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, diagrams, schedules, and communication artifacts.
  • Estimate resources, negotiate allocations, and manage dependencies and the critical path.
  • Proactively manage scope changes, risks, issues, and contingency plans.
  • Prepare and deliver status updates, progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Obtain customer sign-off at project completion and lead retrospectives to improve delivery outcomes.
  • Follow the company Code of Ethics and applicable policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 5–10+ years of customer-facing project management experience.
  • Enterprise project management experience preferred.
  • Experience in call center or contact center environments preferred.
  • Telephony and/or call recording industry experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success delivering projects on time and within scope.
  • Strong project planning, coordination, and execution skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive- and customer-facing communication.
  • Strong understanding of technology and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • PMP certification required (PMI).
