Description

  • Own the partner lifecycle after onboarding, including partner experience, retention, and overall collaboration success.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for strategic partners and act as the bridge between partners and internal business units.
  • Coordinate across Care, Product, and Operations to align workflows with service commitments and health outcomes.
  • Define, implement, and monitor SOPs and SLAs to ensure consistent delivery on partnership goals.
  • Lead partner communications and provide scoreboards, dashboards, and performance reporting on business and health metrics.
  • Ensure contractual obligations are met to support timely payments and revenue delivery.
  • Identify risks and operational blockers early and drive them to resolution.
  • Provide regular strategic updates to the Founder on partnership health, risks, and scaling opportunities.
  • Build and maintain documentation such as SOPs, RACI matrices, runbooks, and SLA frameworks.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives that require influence without direct authority.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related discipline from a reputed institution.
  • MBA strongly preferred from a Tier-1 B-school such as IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS, or equivalent.
  • 5–8 years of total experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in partnership management, key account management, customer success, strategy & operations, or top-tier management consulting.
  • Demonstrated ownership of high-value B2B relationships with accountability for retention, renewals, or revenue delivery.
  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, or B2B SaaS is preferred.
  • Experience in a Founder's Office, Chief of Staff, or Program Management role in a high-growth startup is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Operations, and customer-facing teams.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, ClickUp, or Monday.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and modeling, plus working knowledge of SQL and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase.
  • Strong PowerPoint or Google Slides skills and crisp written communication for executive decks, partner emails, and internal briefs.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools, along with Slack, Notion, and Confluence.
  • Comfort authoring SOPs, RACI matrices, runbooks, and SLA frameworks from scratch.
