Description

Lead CRS integrations so customers can connect their Central Reservation Systems or channel managers to Duetto.
Oversee PMS migrations to support transitions between Property Management Systems while maintaining data flow.
Manage company migrations for customers undergoing ownership changes.
Ensure data is transferred accurately and system configurations meet customer needs.
Identify and resolve technical issues during integration and migration projects.
Prepare and deliver status reports to customers and internal stakeholders.
Document implementation workflows and share best practices to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

Experience with large, enterprise-level project management engagements.
5+ years of experience managing customer-facing technical implementations.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues.
Experience working in a global, cross-functional team environment.
Enthusiastic and creative leadership ability.
Hospitality or hotel technology experience (preferred).
Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) and/or Central Reservation Systems (CRS) integrations (preferred).
Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, and other project management tools (preferred).
