Description

Serve as the intermediary between business and technical teams on ServiceNow projects.
Define project scope, objectives, communication plans, stages, and schedules.
Assign resources and manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Lead internal crew meetings and customer meetings.
Oversee project execution, budget, forecasts, schedule, and scope.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and escalations.
Prepare and deliver project status reports for internal and client audiences.
Build trust-based client relationships and align work to client expectations and SLAs.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and cross-training to team members.
Support managed services delivery and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

8+ years of business-related experience, including at least 7 years in technology project/program management.
Highly desired experience with Agile project management principles.
Experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, and schedule reporting for milestones and deliverables.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects through full execution while meeting scope, budget, and timeline targets.
Experience evaluating project economics, cost-benefit, and return-on-investment considerations.
Broad understanding of ServiceNow domain areas.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong facilitation, attention to detail, risk assessment, and team leadership skills.
Comfortable working in a matrixed organization and in ambiguity and change.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
PMP certification.
Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.
ServiceNow experience preferred.
Ability to complete ServiceNow competency certifications and module accreditations.
