Description

  • Inspire, coach, and lead the APAC sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Design and execute regional sales strategies that expand market presence and accelerate growth.
  • Own the customer relationship lifecycle and grow both new and existing accounts.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and customer success to improve the customer experience and identify new value opportunities.
  • Build sales plans aligned to company goals and turn strategy into actionable execution.
  • Deliver presentations and proposals that influence decision-makers and win large opportunities.
  • Recruit, develop, mentor, and succession-plan for top sales talent.
  • Maintain strong operational discipline through best-practice processes, systems, and tools.
  • Manage budgets and resources while tracking KPIs and using market data to refine strategy.
  • Advise senior leadership with recommendations based on market knowledge, competitive intelligence, and team performance.
  • Oversee team structure and territory planning to ensure balanced coverage and accountability.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in B2B media sales leadership.
  • Proven track record of consistently surpassing sales targets.
  • Experience in demand generation and marketing solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the APAC B2B media and demand generation landscape.
  • Decisive, hands-on leadership style with the ability to drive clarity and accountability.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills across senior stakeholders.
  • Highly data-driven approach using KPIs, performance insights, and market intelligence.
  • Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with individual sales ownership.
  • Confidence using modern sales technology and adapting quickly to new tools.
  • Comfort with travel for key customer engagements and team commitments.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in Singapore; employer visa sponsorship is not provided.
  • Pre-employment screening is required.

  • Annual base salary of SGD $120,000–$150,000.
  • Total annual compensation including commission up to SGD $210,000–$270,000.
