Description

  • Own the data architecture that unifies signals from Clay, HubSpot, product usage databases, call intelligence, and rep input into a single system of record.
  • Build automated data hygiene, de-duplication, and validation logic to keep CRM data clean and accurate.
  • Own integrations across the GTM stack, including Clay to HubSpot, Zapier workflows, call intelligence to HubSpot, and product database to CRM pipelines.
  • Design and maintain dashboards for pipeline health, conversion rates, velocity, and revenue attribution.
  • Build multi-touch attribution models to credit inbound and outbound channels accurately.
  • Design account identification, scoring, and prioritization workflows based on ICP fit, readiness, firmographic data, intent, and behavioral signals.
  • Create feedback loops that use rep outcomes and deal results to improve scoring accuracy and account prioritization.
  • Translate outbound messaging strategy into automated, contextual sequences and build AI-powered personalization workflows.
  • Automate lead routing, de-duplication, assignment, and trigger-based follow-up workflows in HubSpot.
  • Build customer intelligence and expansion workflows that surface upsell, churn risk, and at-risk account signals for Customer Success.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in GTM Ops, Rev Ops, Sales Ops, or a closely related technical role at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Expert-level HubSpot experience with complex workflows, data models, lifecycle logic, and operational problem-solving.
  • Deep Clay experience, including multi-step enrichment workflows and AI research agents (Claygents).
  • Hands-on experience with Zapier for workflow automation across the GTM stack.
  • Familiarity with call intelligence platforms such as Attention or Gong and integrating their outputs into CRM workflows.
  • Comfort writing code or scripts in Python, JavaScript, or SQL to automate and integrate systems.
  • A data-first mindset focused on CAC, conversion rates, velocity, and attribution.
  • Ability to take strategic direction from GTM leaders and turn it into executable systems.
  • Track record of building GTM systems that improved pipeline volume, deal quality, or velocity.
  • No direct reports and a strong preference for building over managing.
  • Hybrid work in Toronto.
  • Preferred: experience with BigQuery, product usage data, Apollo, HubSpot Sequences, and outbound personalization workflows.
