Description

  • Manage the Security Solutions Salesforce Certinia cases queue by overseeing intake, assignment, and workflow of service requests.
  • Create and maintain list views to track case workload, queue volume, and turnaround time.
  • Ensure cases move efficiently through resolution and that the right internal users receive case email notifications.
  • Assist with scoping activities, proposal development, and RFI/RFP responses under senior consultant guidance.
  • Use internal tools and processes to generate service quotes, track opportunities, and process and close opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries related to professional services.
  • Identify and suggest ongoing process improvements for the presales service lifecycle.
  • Document presales processes, methodologies, and workflow procedures to support practice growth.
  • Liaise with customers, vendors, sales executives, service leaders, contracts, and proposal teams to manage service opportunities.
  • Attend regional and national forecast calls and perform pipeline analysis to support forecast accuracy.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college; a four-year degree in a relevant field or technical school is preferred.
  • Knowledge of information systems concepts is required.
  • Prior cybersecurity operations, services, or proposal writing experience is strongly desired.
  • Entry-level experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, tools, or platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with IAM principles such as provisioning, de-provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and single sign-on (SSO) is a plus.
  • Technical sales, professional services or consulting, and technical writing experience is preferred.
  • Prior experience with task management or Kanban tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software is required.
  • Experience with Jira and/or Salesforce is preferred.
  • Must be self-motivated with outstanding attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  • Must be able to multitask, learn processes quickly, work well in a team, and handle ambiguity with a positive attitude and strong drive for results.
