Description

  • Own the strategy, execution, and measurement of new growth channels that drive PLG and sales-led pipeline growth.
  • Run paid advertising campaigns across multiple ad platforms to grow user acquisition.
  • Select, implement, and integrate the marketing and sales stack, including CRM, enrichment, sequencing, attribution, and analytics tools.
  • Build signal-to-pipeline automations that enrich, score, and route target accounts based on Sumble’s proprietary data.
  • Develop campaign infrastructure such as landing pages, lead capture flows, nurture sequences, A/B testing frameworks, and personalization logic.
  • Prototype internal tools like scripts, dashboards, and Slack bots that help the revenue team work faster.
  • Own CRM and marketing data hygiene through enrichment pipelines, deduplication logic, and lifecycle stage definitions.
  • Design, run, and measure growth experiments across outbound, landing pages, and lead-scoring models.
  • Create reporting dashboards and other tooling that operationalize Sumble’s data for internal and external GTM use cases.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a GTM engineering, growth engineering, marketing ops, or revenue ops role at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Experience building integrations, automations, or internal tools using APIs.
  • Experience using workflow platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or Tray, or writing custom scripts.
  • Ability to work in US time zones while being fully remote.
  • Comfort writing Python scripts and working with modern APIs and technical tooling.
  • Strong interest in GTM/RevOps tools such as Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  • Ability to work in ambiguity, prioritize independently, and iterate quickly.
  • Detail-oriented approach to data quality and system reliability without over-engineering.
