Description

  • Drive user growth, engagement, and conversion across Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends and developments.
  • Track user interests and feedback to generate demand.
  • Produce high-engagement, performance-driven social media content.
  • Recruit and manage KOLs and influencers to support engagement and conversion.
  • Plan and coordinate Web3 marketing campaigns, including reward-based, KOL, and partner co-marketing campaigns.
  • Foster a positive and engaging online community environment.
  • Moderate community discussions and ensure smooth daily interactions.
  • Provide customer support and resolve community queries and issues.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of growth marketing experience with a Web3 or blockchain company, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Experience designing persuasive, conversion-oriented campaigns across web, email, social media, online communities, and video.
  • Proven track record of scaling user growth on Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
  • Ability to resolve user inquiries and disputes tactfully and effectively within 24 hours.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing, data analytics, and reporting.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools such as SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
  • Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across global teams in different time zones.
