Description

  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for new products.
  • Define target segments and personas for launches.
  • Build launch plans, including channel mix, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Partner with product, sales, and marketing to ensure product-market fit and launch readiness.
  • Guide cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, Design, Sales, and external agencies.
  • Build scalable frameworks and processes for testing and launching new products.
  • Translate product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions.
  • Own channel strategy and conversion rate optimization to scale acquisition and drive efficient revenue growth.
  • Analyze performance against growth targets and adjust strategy based on market dynamics and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in performance marketing, growth strategy, and scaling D2C products or consumer tech brands.
  • Experience in family tech is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex, multichannel product launches.
  • Experience working with both external agencies and fast-moving in-house teams.
  • Strong strategic and data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep fluency in modern marketing strategies for family, parent, and kid-focused audiences.
  • Strong technical and analytical proficiency to define KPIs and requirements with Data leadership.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including experience leading sensitive investor discussions and aligning senior internal partners.
  • Track record of scaling consumer tech, hardware devices, or D2C products from inception to significant ARR, such as $0 to $100M+.
  • Strong communication and executive presence with the ability to shape business narratives and influence senior stakeholders.
