Description

  • Support a small group of top salespeople directly by identifying and completing the marketing work they are not doing themselves.
  • Segment customer and prospect lists and run reactivation and outreach workflows.
  • Write emails, posts, scripts, copy, comments, and other sales-facing content in a salesperson’s voice.
  • Connect with prospects and past customers through channels such as LinkedIn on behalf of sales reps.
  • Build repeatable playbooks, templates, and workflows from manual processes.
  • Identify opportunities to automate work using AI tools and no-code automation platforms.
  • Work directly with the CEO and product team to shape what gets built next.
  • Notice patterns in repetitive tasks and translate them into scalable systems.
  • Help expand the function across the sales organization once it is proven.
  • Operate as the first hire on a brand-new team and help define the role as it evolves.

Requirements

  • 0–5 years of work experience, ideally as a recent graduate or early-career candidate.
  • Background in growth, marketing, sales enablement, business development, or a generalist startup role.
  • Strong writing ability is non-negotiable.
  • High energy, follow-through, and willingness to work long hours during the build phase.
  • Comfort writing in someone else’s voice and adapting to different personalities and styles.
  • Daily fluency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, n8n, and Zapier, or similar tools.
  • Ability to build automations and use LLMs to draft and edit work instead of writing everything from scratch.
  • A builder mindset with an instinct for turning repeated manual work into workflows.
  • Strong presence on social platforms, especially LinkedIn, is a major plus.
  • Willingness to take on manual, execution-heavy work and thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $60,000 with additional earning potential tied to performance.
  • Annual compensation range of $60,000 to $85,000.
  • Direct reporting line to the CEO with high visibility and ownership.
  • Opportunity to help create a brand-new role and build the playbook from the ground up.
  • Chance to work closely with the CEO and product team on what to ship next.
  • Remote, full-time position.
