Description

  • Identify and prioritize target accounts and decision-makers in the cybersecurity space through research and outbound prospecting.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social selling to engage prospects and generate interest in cybersecurity solutions.
  • Qualify leads and opportunities against predetermined criteria and communicate value propositions to potential customers.
  • Build and nurture prospect relationships to understand challenges, goals, and pain points.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations with qualified leads and manage smooth handoff to the sales team.
  • Use CRM tools to track lead interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progression.
  • Stay current on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position the company’s offerings effectively.
  • Work toward monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, pipeline contribution, and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record in inside sales or sales development roles, preferably in cybersecurity or technology.
  • SFDC experience is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects and customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passion for cybersecurity.
