Description

  • Administer, optimize, and troubleshoot marketing automation and CRM tools, including HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Lead the creation and optimization of email marketing capabilities to support scaling, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Analyze large marketing datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement new marketing technologies and tools.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to build and manage automated workflows, campaigns, and processes.
  • Continuously review and refine marketing processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and recurring reports to track KPIs and marketing operations metrics.
  • Support the broader marketing and sales teams as a subject matter expert on marketing technology, data, and processes.
  • Train sales and marketing teams on process and appropriate use of technology.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations.
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Experience administering marketing/sales/revenue operations processes.
  • Experience managing data syncs across integrated tools such as MAP and CRM.
  • Demonstrable experience evaluating and implementing new software within a marketing technology ecosystem.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to audit complex processes for gaps and optimizations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to train cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with data enrichment and data hygiene best practices.
  • Experience with data enrichment and orchestration platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with event and webinar marketing operations.
  • Experience experimenting with or implementing AI-driven automations and workflows is a nice to have.
  • Experience in a fast-scaling B2B environment, especially B2B SaaS, Tech, AdTech, or Programmatic Advertising, is preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely from anywhere in Canada.
  • Relevant experience, technical skills, knowledge, education, licensure, or certifications may influence compensation.

  • Ontario base salary range of $76,000 to $90,000 CAD.
  • Additional compensation may include annual bonuses, commissions, and equity awards.
