Description

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Sales leadership on Reddit's highest-priority commercial opportunities and challenges.
  • Translate company priorities into scalable operating models, governance, and execution frameworks.
  • Lead the design, build, and launch of major commercial initiatives from concept to implementation.
  • Own initial focus areas including Sales Compass and the Sales Operating System.
  • Build alignment across Sales, Revenue Strategy & Operations, Enablement, Product, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Establish success metrics and performance frameworks to measure business impact and seller effectiveness.
  • Continuously refine operating models through data, experimentation, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and Enablement to drive adoption of new ways of working and improve sales performance.
  • Lead ambiguous, high-impact strategic projects that improve how Reddit goes to market and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Management Consulting, or Product Strategy.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and comfort working independently with large datasets.
  • Ability to interpret basic SQL or use AI development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Codex to generate queries.
  • Proven experience leading high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership to solve complex business problems and influence strategic decisions.
  • Ability to translate executive strategy into scalable operating models, organizational frameworks, or business processes.
  • Strong program management and stakeholder management skills across multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences.
  • Strong commercial judgment and understanding of how organizational design and operational improvements drive customer outcomes and revenue growth.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
