Description

  • Design, implement, and troubleshoot GTM integrations across the marketing and revenue stack using APIs, webhooks, native integrations, automation platforms, and lightweight scripts.
  • Build reliable multi-step automation workflows in tools such as Customer.io, Salesforce Flow, n8n, and Zapier, including branching logic, payload transformations, retries, error handling, alerts, and documentation.
  • Investigate and resolve broken syncs, missing fields, malformed payloads, API errors, rate limits, attribution gaps, and other workflow failures.
  • Support GTM systems architecture by defining how tools connect, where data lives, how fields map, and how systems are used consistently across teams.
  • Improve data quality, enrichment, segmentation, attribution, reporting, and operational visibility across the GTM organization.
  • Write lightweight operational scripts to automate recurring tasks, process CSVs, call APIs, restructure data, and handle one-off workflow fixes.
  • Partner with Growth, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and RevOps to translate business needs into reliable technical solutions.
  • Use AI tools to support debugging, workflow refinement, and solution discovery where appropriate.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CX Operations, Solutions Engineering, or a similarly technical GTM systems role.
  • Ideally experience at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, automation platforms, CRMs, marketing automation tools, and data systems.
  • Comfort reading API documentation, testing requests, inspecting payloads, troubleshooting errors, and tracing data between systems.
  • Experience building automations in tools like Customer.io, Salesforce Flow, n8n, Zapier, Make, Airtable, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to write or modify lightweight scripts for batch data updates, CSV transformations, API calls, enrichment jobs, or workflow fixes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently diagnose ambiguous systems issues across multiple tools.
  • Excellent documentation skills and the ability to explain technical systems clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in a fast-growing startup environment where systems change quickly and practical judgment matters.
  • Understanding of when AI is the right solution for a business problem versus when a code-based approach is more appropriate.
