Description

  • Lead annual and long-range GTM planning, including capacity modeling, quota design, territory architecture, and headcount alignment.
  • Drive forecast cadence and scenario planning with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success to improve revenue predictability and executive visibility.
  • Own strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives as a trusted operator and thought partner to revenue leadership.
  • Manage the revenue operating cadence across forecasting, pipeline reviews, strategic deal reviews, and related rhythms.
  • Own the end-to-end variable compensation strategy, including plan design, modeling, administration, and field communication.
  • Partner with Finance, People, and Sales leadership to model compensation scenarios, assess pay equity, and adapt comp plans to business changes.
  • Lead and develop Field Operations leaders embedded with segment teams across sales, customer success, and partnerships.
  • Ensure Field Operations partners own business reviews, pipeline hygiene, performance insights, and self-serve analytics tooling.
  • Serve as the AI orchestration layer for Revenue Operations by defining how AI, automation, and analytics tools are adopted across the organization.
  • Establish standards for prompt engineering, AI agent deployment, tool integration, and measurement of AI productivity gains.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, or a related function at a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • 5+ years of people management experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Deep expertise in GTM planning, including annual planning, quota design, territory modeling, headcount planning, and long-range strategic planning.
  • Hands-on experience designing and administering variable compensation programs, including plan architecture, commission modeling, payout accuracy, and field communication.
  • Strong analytics fluency with Looker or equivalent BI tools such as Tableau or Sigma.
  • Advanced SQL skills or experience working with analytics engineering teams to define and validate data models.
  • 2+ years of experience designing and deploying automation, AI, and/or ML systems in a GTM context.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional strategic initiatives with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering with segment or business unit leaders to translate business performance data into strategic recommendations.
  • Experience in healthcare technology, mental health, or mission-driven SaaS environments is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with AI agent design, prompt engineering, or AI workflow deployment using tools like Claude or Anthropic Console is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM administration, data hygiene, and pipeline management workflows is preferred.
  • Experience building or managing incentive compensation management platforms such as Xactly, CaptivateIQ, or Spiff is preferred.
  • Background in management consulting, FP&A, or corporate strategy is preferred.

  • Target base salary of $188,000 to $216,000, plus equity and a competitive total rewards package.
