Description

  • Serve as the primary owner and administrator of the Growth Department CRM.
  • Manage CRM configuration, user setup, permissions, workflows, automations, and system enhancements.
  • Monitor CRM adoption, compliance, and data integrity across the department.
  • Build dashboards, scorecards, reporting tools, and forecasting models to track performance and KPIs.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for leadership and team members.
  • Analyze recruiting and growth metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations, agendas, supporting materials, and post-meeting action items for meetings and planning sessions.
  • Support accountability and performance management by tracking benchmarks, goals, and coaching opportunities.
  • Document departmental processes, maintain SOPs, and improve operational efficiency through process improvements and new technology adoption.
  • Lead onboarding support for Growth team members, including onboarding calendars, new hire documents, and 30-60-90 day planning.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience owning and administering CRM platforms.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience supporting recruiting, sales, or growth organizations.
  • Experience building reporting infrastructure from the ground up.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Real estate industry experience, preferred but not required.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, reporting, analytics, and dashboard-building skills.

Benefits

  • Remote-eligible position.
  • Occasional work at SERHANT. offices or attendance at offsites as needed.
  • National base pay range of $90,000 to $100,000 USD.
  • Open only to candidates currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
