Description

  • Design, build, and extend features for an internal web application using a modern stack including Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, and Vercel.
  • Build, test, and maintain production-grade data pipelines and automated integrations across systems such as Salesforce and Gong.
  • Partner with Customer Growth & Success stakeholders across SDR, AE, AM, and CSM teams to translate business pain points into an engineering roadmap.
  • Evaluate, refine, and operationalize LLM prompts, AI frameworks, and third-party tools to improve the quality and usefulness of outputs.
  • Document technical architecture decisions and create operational playbooks to support long-term maintainability.
  • Coordinate with data engineering, security, and Enterprise Apps teams to ensure internal tools integrate with corporate infrastructure.
  • Bridge engineering and business logic by translating real-world requirements into deployed software for revenue teams.
  • Develop standalone systems that can be maintained and scaled by the broader team over time.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct experience in a Revenue Engineering role or a highly technical Revenue Operations role.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, or Cursor to build and extend applications.
  • Software development experience with a modern tech stack such as Python, Node.js, Next.js, TypeScript, or React.
  • Development and integration infrastructure experience working inside Salesforce.
  • Application architecture experience using BaaS and modern hosting platforms such as Supabase, Firebase, AWS Amplify, Vercel, Railway, or Render.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Deep technical familiarity or custom API integration experience with Gong and/or Outreach is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a fast-scaling B2B SaaS business model is a plus.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada at the start date, as sponsorship is not available.

  • National pay range of $117,500 to $176,300 CAD.
