Description

  • Prototype new automation and intelligence workflows based on direct field feedback and turn problems into testable proofs of concept.
  • Run A/B tests across vendors and agentic configurations to determine which capabilities improve revenue outcomes.
  • Own the GTM enablement technology roadmap, prioritizing tools, integrations, and AI capabilities based on productivity impact and data.
  • Develop AI-assisted templates and playbooks for outreach, meeting preparation, and post-call follow-up.
  • Embed with the sales team to observe deals, listen to calls, and map the buyer journey to identify where reps win, stall, or lose.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement and frontline managers to generate AI-driven coaching recommendations from call data.
  • Build rep scorecards and deal health dashboards using conversation intelligence and engagement data.
  • Measure automation adoption and time savings, and report on hours returned to the field each quarter.
  • Create feedback loops from post-call notes, win/loss data, and customer conversations into playbooks, messaging, and product roadmap inputs.
  • Architect and maintain GTM stack integrations with validated data flows and minimal manual effort.
  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert and trainer for reps and managers using automated workflows.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or GTM Engineering.
  • At least 2 years owning rep-facing tooling, coaching infrastructure, or workflow automation in a sales environment.
  • Hands-on experience with conversation and revenue intelligence platforms such as Gong, Revenue.io, or Chorus.
  • Experience building scorecards, coaching workflows, or deal health views, not just administering the tool.
  • Demonstrated ability to embed with sales teams and translate field observations into systems, playbooks, and automation.
  • Experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents and agentic workflows.
  • Experience building and owning adoption measurement frameworks that track usage, impact, and iteration.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills for training non-technical audiences and running enablement sessions.
  • Comfort with APIs, Salesforce flows, and no-code/low-code automation tooling.
  • Preferred: experience building end-to-end win/loss programs, including data capture, analysis, and synthesis.
  • Preferred: familiarity with sales engagement platforms such as Outreach or Salesloft.
  • Preferred: background partnering with Sales Managers on scorecards, pipeline inspection rituals, or QBR prep tooling.
  • Preferred: experience in a high-growth SaaS or fintech environment scaling enablement infrastructure.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $98,000–$157,000 USD for Zone A, $85,000–$136,000 USD for Zone B, or $76,000–$122,000 USD for Zone C.
  • Total rewards include cash compensation such as overtime and eligible bonus/commissions.
