Description

  • Define the ideal customer profile and target accounts for each vertical.
  • Build prospect databases using AI tools and supporting software.
  • Develop offers, positioning, and pricing recommendations.
  • Create landing pages, funnels, and scheduling flows.
  • Write and launch outreach sequences across email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Manage outbound and inbound lead flow from first contact to qualification.
  • Respond to leads, qualify opportunities, and book meetings with leadership and recruiting teams.
  • Track KPIs, report results weekly, and improve conversion rates over time.
  • Turn each vertical into a repeatable revenue engine and document the system.
  • Work directly with prospects to convert ideas and outreach into paying customers.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to build pipeline or lead generation systems from scratch, not only execute within existing systems.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to create content, outreach, or workflows.
  • Experience creating at least one of the following: landing pages or funnels, outreach sequences, or marketing content.
  • Comfortable using or learning CRM systems such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or Salesforce.
  • Comfortable using or learning automation tools such as Zapier or Make.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or other client-facing roles.
  • Strong written communication skills for persuasive outreach messaging.
  • Comfortable working with KPIs, dashboards, and weekly reporting.
  • Able to work independently without constant direction and with at least 4 hours of U.S. Central Time overlap.
  • Reliable internet connection and availability for daily huddles and weekly meetings.
  • Preferred experience in coaching, consulting, training, staffing, recruiting, outsourcing, legal, accounting, healthcare, franchise, or local service industries.
  • Preferred experience running paid ads, building marketing funnels, or optimizing conversion rates.
