Description

  • Own and execute the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close.
  • Close complex, high-value enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders.
  • Build pipeline generation, conversion, and forecasting systems.
  • Define and refine the enterprise sales motion and go-to-market roadmap.
  • Identify target customer segments and prioritize ideal customer profiles.
  • Manage the CRM and maintain disciplined pipeline tracking.
  • Analyze funnel performance and improve conversion rates.
  • Develop structured sales stages, qualification frameworks, and repeatable playbooks.
  • Establish ROI-driven selling frameworks around inventory recovery and margin improvement.
  • Lay the foundation for future team hiring, onboarding, training, and sales culture.

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales.
  • Experience selling into fashion and/or retail brands.
  • Proven track record of closing high-ACV, multi-threaded enterprise deals.
  • Experience building sales processes in early-stage or high-growth environments.
  • Strong CRM and pipeline management discipline.
  • Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders across operations, e-commerce, planning, merchandising, marketing, and finance.
  • Experience mentoring or building future sales teams is a plus.
