Description

  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of 5-6 Account Executives through weekly 1:1s focused on account health, professional development, and sales velocity.
  • Directly manage 1-2 strategic accounts as a player-coach to stay close to the client experience and model the hybrid AE workflow.
  • Review renewal strategies, identify expansion opportunities, and support complex contract negotiations for the team.
  • Define, track, and manage KPIs across retention, NPS, expansion, and upsell performance.
  • Oversee operations to improve the Account Executive tech stack, operating rhythm, and reporting from reactive to proactive.
  • Standardize the Account Executive Playbook, including onboarding, QBRs, and renewal cycles across major clients.
  • Own forecast accuracy, pipeline pacing, and SFDC hygiene, maintenance, and compliance.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for client friction and resolve issues before executive intervention is required.
  • Synthesize customer feedback into actionable insights for product, marketing, and revenue priorities.
  • Build community and advocacy programs that turn major stakeholders into brand advocates and facilitate peer networking.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B account management or a similar commercial function.
  • 5+ years of experience leading high-performing, senior-level teams.
  • Experience managing significant revenue portfolios, ideally $50M+.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve net revenue retention (NRR).
  • Deep expertise in both Customer Success value realization and Account Management commercial growth.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder contracts and renewals exceeding $1M in annual value.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC), including dashboard building and use of RevOps data for decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; an MBA is a significant plus.
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales frameworks such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or Sandler.
