Description

  • Manage, hire, train, and ramp a team of Major Account Managers focused on large expansion deals.
  • Own annual Enterprise bookings quota and deliver against monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Coach Major Account Managers on productivity metrics including deal size, win rate, and forecast accuracy.
  • Guide the team in building executive relationships and navigating complex enterprise deals and negotiations.
  • Shape regional go-to-market strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Success to develop targeted messaging, collateral, and customer journey mapping.
  • Conduct weekly forecast meetings.
  • Support direct reports by joining and leading client and prospect meetings.
  • Engage additional corporate resources as needed to support deals and accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of overall Enterprise sales experience working with Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Experience managing a high-performing Enterprise Sales team at a B2B technology company.
  • Experience setting quotas and managing people against those quotas.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and experience selling to C-level executives in IT.
  • Experience managing complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders, including pricing, legal, and procurement negotiations.
  • Successful track record as an individual contributor with complex closing experience.
  • Regular travel to client sites within your area and other regions is required.
  • Experience leading enterprise expansion or major account sales is preferred.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC and Command of the Message is a plus.
